"I had requested a tow from AAA for my AWD Mazda CX-3 and AAA sent over Toupin Towing. Their rookie mistake was pulling my AWD car instead of placing it on a flat bed. Because of this they have blown my rear differential and because of the damage have possibly caused me to need a new drive train as well. This has now caused me to dish out over $5,000 to an issue that I didn’t even cause and they won’t take responsibility for it. Don’t ever use this tow company. I will be getting lawyers involved."
