I would highly recommend anyone who is considering roofing repair or full replacement. I asked few extra side coverings which was not included in our price negotiations at the beginning. But I just called him to ask about it once they started working on the roof. He was not around but he send his son to ask the details and immediately paid attention to complete the job and didn’t charge me anything extra. "Manny's Roofing did my roof yesterday and did an excellent job! The crew of five arrived on time and went right to work prepping the grounds for protection. They covered everything around including clothesline, shed, shrubs and patio. They stripped the existing roof and went right to work with drip edging, ice and water shield and finally laying down shingles. They also replaced a skylight and replaced four sheets of plywood that had water damage. Manny also re-nailed many of the edges on the existing plywood that were not nailed down properly. The cleanup was excellent and I could not find a single nail anywhere after they left. The crew's attention to detail installing the roof and cleaning up is second to none.
