"They messed up my teeth/filling they did and also had the receptionist tell me off. This was TODAY 2/7/2024 @ 6 pm When my filling was completed they never asked me to do a bite test with the articulating paper that every other dentist does. My filling is uneven and I can’t close my mouth properly. And then i got told off by the guy at the front desk (apparently the same person who handles the text updates) because I tried to reschedule an appointment. I had an appointment today to do fillings and had another appointment the very next day (tomorrow) it was still within the “24 hr” window, and I wasn’t the one who made my second appointment anyways. It was thrown there by another employee that said “I’ll just put it there and decide when we see you” which is exactly what I did. He got such an attitude about how I’m messing up his scheduling. So I said with that sort of rudeness maybe this ain’t the place for me and he actually, surprisingly, rudely agreed. Anyways my real concern is I’m really not sure now what to do about my screwed up filling, my teeth are grinding it’s so uncomfortable. The doctor so was nice and professional for sure! But the treatment at the front desk also this tooth thing, nah man. This sucks"

"I hope nobody ever has a bad experience like I had the other day January 22nd at this dental office. The woman who ran my insurance says I had none well obviously I did and she didn't know what she was doing or she just did not want new patients. I had my insurance company call her and you know what she said. She refused to see me. We're taking a 62-year-old woman who needed help and didn't get anywhere and only God grief. Well I'm glad she did not want to see me and I hope that they all go to hell I did not deserve the treatment I got from that office and my insurance company which was denta quest also said that she was very very mean and I should be glad they did not want to see me. People like that we don't need in our lives I hope no one gets this bad experience I had gotten today"
