"Well at first visit only went for consult so all I can say is its a warm happy and welcoming place. girls at desk are great to talk to with great attitudes. I'll let you how well their treatments go!! So just had my first actual work done. Dentist was great and as usual girls who do greeting and lots of other work including scheduling and pricing were very pleasant. Had a crown that snapped and broke my tooth so needed remainder extracted. Went very well took longer than a regular extraction because wasn't much tooth left. but in taking his time doc got it out in one piece and felt no pain at all. even day after no swelling and pain."

She cares about my gums like they’re her own, and helps me parallel park out front when there’s no easy parking on the side street. "I had a wonderful experience here! I had a horrific bike accident a few years ago where I broke my jaw and lost a number of teeth and due to that have severe dental anxiety. I explained this to my dental hygienist, Lauren, and she was extremely nice and considerate of my situation. She explained everything she was doing so I knew what was about to happen. She also helped me learned how to care for my teeth, and gums (which were impacted by the accident too), so I didn’t cause more damage in the future. I used to feel dread coming to the dentist and now I feel at ease!"

"They have been very helpful in taking care of some dental issues I’ve had which have been mismanaged by other dentists. The staff is overall friendly and welcoming and understanding of people with dental anxieties. However my last few visits have had some disappointing results. 1. There is a dental assistant who doesn’t have the most professional bedside manner. Most people don’t want to be touched unless absolutely necessary. Everyone knows what pressure feels like, you don’t have to poke them to demonstrate. And the ONLY response when someone denies pregnancy is to say NOTHING, and if someone tells you they are pregnant, the ONLY professional response is a calm “congrats.” Nothing more. I asked not be cared for by this individual in the future, and I was told there would be a “note in my chart” but this was ignored. 2. I was not notified of how much my procedure would cost until after, when I’m standing at the front desk, swollen and uncomfortable, and told I owe over $3,000 for a simple extraction. I don’t understand WHY it cost so much, and I know insurance plays into it, but how can they expect someone to just hand over $3000 just like that, with no warning and no opportunity to compare prices at other offices. I like the doctors and most of the staff, I was just so disappointed with these elements of my last two visits."
