"I will not go back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone! I was simply traumatized after my visit there for a tooth extraction! Didn’t give me enough anesthesia even after I told the dentist that I was still feeling everything she ignored me and continued to proceed, I was in pain and she didn’t care! (This was back in 2018 but I totally forgot to leave a review but had to leave one)!"
"Today marked my third visit for a dental cleaning, and I couldn't help but notice that they omitted the X-ray during my second visit and had no plans to include it today. Finding this unusual, I inquired with the hygienist who informed me that X-rays are typically done once a year, implying that it should have been part of today's procedure. When offered the option to undergo the X-ray, I agreed, thinking it was beneficial given the year that had passed since my last one. However, the experience left me uneasy because, to my surprise, the X-ray results were not analyzed by the dentist. When I proceeded to make the payment, I was shocked to discover an additional $82 charge for the X-ray, which, I assumed, included analysis by the dentist. It would have been preferable if any additional charges were explained before the service was rendered. Disheartened by this experience, I now find myself requesting the X-ray to be sent to another dentist for analysis. I believe everyone deserves a transparent and attentive professional, and I hope others don't encounter such frustrating situations. It's essential to carefully consider whether it's worthwhile to seek the services of a professional who lacks clarity and seems indifferent to the well-being of the patient."
"The woman who did my teeth cleaning was very sweet but seemed confused when answering my questions. When the doctor came in I was ready to ask a few questions but she seemed like she wasn't in the mood and wanted to rush me out. I didn't feel like I got any knowledge about caring for my teeth after this appointment so I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone."
"I had an appointment with dr. Shnayder for fixing my cavities and getting tooth fillings. during the process some of the metal little thingies they put on the teeth while doing the fillings fell in the back of my throat. at least three times. if my tongue wasn’t there at the moment covering it, i probably would’ve swallowed one or choked on it. the anesthesia wasn’t enough, and i felt all the pain when she was drilling, using the oxygen/and water, and pressing on the fillings. i didn’t just feel pressure, i felt sharp pain of the nerve pulsating in my gums (she drilled a lot of cavity away so it was very deep and close to the nerve i guess). normally i’m not a crybaby with any procedures, but i legit teared up and wanted to cry, and dr. Shnayder just said “oh it’s not painful it’s just pressure you’re fine”. i know the difference between pressure and pain, i wouldn’t cry for no reason. the fillings came out three times, they wouldn’t stick to the tooth. maybe my teeth are more difficult to manage, i don’t know, but it took forever to get it done. i was crying at the end of the appointment. the next day i wasn’t able to floss in between the fillings, the floss just wouldn’t get in there. i went to dr. Shnayder again to fix it, she replaced something, and everything was fine. but the next day, even though i was able to get the floss in between the teeth, i wasn’t able to get it out. i use this little ones on plastic holders, not just regular floss (just doesn’t work for me, not comfortable, i don’t know), so i started bleeding and i needed to cut it with scissors to be able to get it out of my mouth. the next day i went to another dentist, he polished the fillings a little bit (so fillings were fine, we didn’t need to redo them at all, job done, no complaints about that). i went to this new dentist again for new fillings on another tooth, and when he was about to give me anesthesia, i was prepared for pain, because with dr. Shnayder it was that injection was painful. needless to say, it wasn’t painful at all. like, at all, i was surprised and suspicious, because i legit was prepared to be acting like a baby and tearing up. nope, no pain at all. no metal thingies falling into my throat, no pain while he was injecting me, no fillings coming out, no pain from not having enough anesthetic. awesome experience, no fear whatsoever of coming back there, unlike here. another thing. i guess we just weren’t a good fit with dr. Shnayder, personality-wise as well, i felt like she was a little abrasive and cold, and not gentle enough. i understand that she is a doctor, not my therapist or anything, but seeing me shaking and crying, i don’t know, didn’t feel right, and i was scared and uncomfortable coming back there. and the lady, i don’t remember the name, i’m sorry, i believe she is a dental hygienist and doctor’s assistant, we were talking, and she asked me if i have children. i said “no, thank god”. she said “you will change your mind”. thanks, but i didn’t ask. it’s normal not to have and not to want kids. i didn’t need to hear that, my uterus is not the reason i’m there. i’ve never given anyone a bad review, that’s just not who i am, i always try and concentrate on good things and not pay attention to some little things that weren’t perfect. but in this case i just can’t let it slide, there was too much not okay and plain bad. sorry about that. i hope it helps you improve your business."
"I have been to this dentist office twice. Both times I have been warmly welcomed and waiting time was a few minutes. The really sweet lady that cleaned my teeth recently, did a great job, and explained anything I wanted to know about the process. She did an excellent job on my teeth also. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Thanks. Susan S"
