"A restaurant now uses the old MBTA ticket/ snack building. I've visited Metzy's on three occasions while in Newburyport, on one of my visits I received a parking bill from the MBTA. After attempting to appeal, as I was not using MTBA rail services and attempting to pick-up food it was denied and written reason was: "all parkers have to pay to park." There do not seem to be any clearly designated Metzy's parking spots or highly visible signage, so my recommendation is to park in loading/ unloading zone. FWIW my infraction was on a Sunday, parking lot was ~90% empty."
