Cumberland Farms

"The reviews are pretty funny. I go to the gas station a lot, the employees here are fine. Can't speak to how the hot food is, I don't eat that junk, but everytime I've been in I've at least seen a few sandwiches and the roller items, so maybe they fixed that complaint a lot of people had. If the food isnt ready, talk to corporate and tell them to hire more people, I only see 2 on shift, and working the registers can occupy both of them during busy hours. Use your brains people, it's hardly ever that a retail worker is intentionally being malicious. In terms of attitude, they pretty much always great you when you walk in, so I'm really not seeing some of these complaints I've read, maybe they were old employees."

"I've been to many Cumberland Farms all over MA since I travel a lot for work and this is one of the worst. Usually they are a great place to pick up a decent cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning. This place is not one of them. If you're expecting the quality of the other locations, go to a different one. They are always out of coffee and they never have any breakfast sandwiches ready to go, except for some empanadas sometimes. If you ask them to make you something you will instantly receive attitude from the management there. The place is always dingy, dirty, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Also, if you are COVID conscious be aware that none of the employees wear masks and there is zero enforcement for it."

"We stopped at this location around 5 pm on Thursday… just one cashier was opened. 2 other employees: one was taking with the phone and another one just standing and drinking coffee. I asked where is the food ( pizza and other warm food), she said sorry we don’t have it.."

"Wouldn't really review a gas station, because it's a gas station. You get what you need and you get out. Beside the price point of gas (which let's face it, is brutal) there isn't much about a gas station that you can have an opinion on, unless you're going for more than just to fill up your tank and some junk food. With that being said, the lady that attended me this morning (somewhat short, maybe in her 40's-50's) is a dream! I'm not a morning person, but the way she said "Good morning!" and continued to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cheery got me off to a better start than the coffee they were brewing. This review is ultimately for her. Yes, it is a clean CF and they keep it well stocked. They could do a little better with the prepared foods though. You won't have much hot food choices if you come anytime during the morning, as I've never really had a selection to try because there's been at most maybe 2 breakfast sandwiches ready by the time I get there 9:30-10am ish."
