"The process of parking here was flawless for us coming from Maine and flying out of Logan. However, one of the staff members that we were greeted by when both dropping our car off and picking it up was EXTREMELY RUDE! Yelling at us to "hurry up" when we were in no rush and had arrived early ....All other staff was pleasant."

"Totally awesome!!! The rate was excellent. The customer service was lovely. It was evident my car was well taken care of. Picking up my car it was clean and in perfect condition, no scratches or dents!!! My flight was delayed but when I call the office the rep said don’t worry we will take care of you. Although the time had passed a bit, as I stepped out the door the shuttle was there waiting. I appreciated that because I was tired from a long flight. When I reached the parking area, my car was there waiting at the front and as I stepped off the shuttle my key was placed in my hand- talk about quick quality service!!! You guys rock. The shuttle driver was awesome!!! He ensured we were well taken care off. He wished us a safe flight. I will definitely do business again. I was treated like a real VIP!!! Hold this Guys… FIVE STAR!!! With a 10 star rating!!!"

"We had a great experience parking here. Pickup and drop-off were seamless and efficient. All the staff were polite and helpful. The shuttle dropped us off and picked us up promptly. They answered the phone promptly and were very helpful. Overall a great experience and great way to save money not paying for airport parking!"

"We sometimes drive down from Canada to fly from Logan because of the price difference and this time we were able to get down day of the flight to avoid the “park n fly” hotels. I booked with this company before reading any reviews and honestly they all terrified me… I was so anxious leading up to the day hoping nothing crazy would happen. We arrived, note that it is near a decommissioned torn down bridge/railroad yard so it seems wrong but it’s not, and the workers asked us to fill out paperwork about our car/return date. We gave them our key, got on the shuttle and got to the airport smoothly and quickly. They appear to have lots of shuttles running. When we returned I called and was answered right away, he told me a shuttle was on the way. We waited probably 10-15 minutes likely due to the insane traffic that day. We got back to our car, it was already pulled out and in the midst of other cars getting picked up that day. We had to wait a few minutes for them to pull one other car out so we could get out. We got our keys and left. No nightmare horror stories, nothing crazy. Just a group of nice gentleman who were working hard and seemed to be doing a good job."
