"Took my car in for brakes, oil change and a refrigerant refill. About $1000 later and my brakes feel worse than when I took the car in. Refrigerant still blows hot when stopped. They also performed the wrong oil change for my vehicle. My vehicle calls for synthetic oil and they did a standard oil change and did not reset my oil change reminder after completing the oil change. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my car back so they could rectify the issues and they held the car for over a week before returning it to me. The receptionist claimed the mechanic took the car for a spin and could not simulate the issues for both the brakes or AC. Keep in mind, they never called me to let me know this either. I called THEM! Do NOT bring your car here if you want things done correctly AND timely. They do not communicate with the customer at all especially if they made a mistake, they just do what they want. I will never bring my car here again or refer anyone."

Fabricio's staff was very kind, and accommodating. They seemed very busy and were upfront about when they could see my car and how long it would take. They called to give an update on its status and the estimated costs - and their estimate was spot-on, no surprises anywhere in the process. I will certainly be going back and will recommend to anyone else I know who is in need."
