"I was told to come test drive the cadillac they had on the lot. The owner gave me they keys, when I went to buy the car. He told me there was already a deposit on the car that he didn't know about..I took the day off..I drove an hr away. Extremely disappointed. It was a waste of time and energy. I was overly excited to buy the car as well. How as an owner, you don't know if there's a deposit on the car. WHY have me drive an hour away, test drive the car. THEN tell me, there was a deposit on the car already. I do NOT recommend this place at all!! That's not how you do business, nor handle a situation like this."

"Adams St Motors in Dorchester sent our car here several times after we bought it, and we're still dealing with issues months later. Poor communication and customer service. Took them forever to diagnose and correct problems. They used cheap parts that weren't compatible with the car and prolonged the issues. They also ignored our concerns about the catalytic converter while the car was still under warranty, and now that the warranty's up we found out we need a new one. Disappointing."

Rest assured with them that JOB will de done WELL and AFFORDABLE!! The manager is a true gentlemen.They have a good selection of cars for sale as well, that is serviced in and out for by their awesome knowledgeable mechanics."

"I was looking for a place to change my tires. I called this location and the owner Aymen gave me a great quote. He told me I can drop it off and he will let me use a car so I can get to work. I got there early and he offered me a vehicle but I told him I can wait. He was a bit backed up but he stopped what he was doing and he and his employee started working on my vehicle. I was not expecting such quick and great service but it was amazing. On top of it all he even cleaned my tires. Fast forward a few weeks my mother needed a flex pipe to be fixed for inspection. Once again I called Aymen and once again he gave me a great quote. I took her car, he provided me with a vehicle to get to work. Once I got off of work the car was ready to go. I would continue to use this location for any vehicle services."

"I bought a used truck with 133,000 miles and it is from 2001. I did not have high expectations, just a work truck. For under 4,000 So naturally I was suspious. However the truck is great as I was told it would be. I actually want to write this review because the whole experience was so honest amd straight up that it should be said. I even had a small cosmetic problem that they fixed. If you need a good used car/truck I would trust this place . Best experience I ever had buying a used vehicle."
