"Everything from the service to the honesty and the cost was amazing. If you need your car fixed I'd recommend!"
"Liberty St. Automotive is excellent! It's a full service shop capable of ANY repairs you may need on your vehicle. ( With the exception of Inspection Stickers) . The proprietor Ramon, and the entire crew are professionals. With many years of experience. The prices are fair & reasonable. The staff is polite & courteous. I was treated like family, and immediately felt a sense of trust had been established. They go above & beyond any repair shops I have visited. And can't say enough about their professionalism!"
"Amazing service! Very knowledgeable! Quality work in a timely fashion! Only place I’ll trust with my car! Plus everyone has a great sense of humor! Worth the drive and wait if there ever was one!"
"I was charged $300 for four spark plugs installed on a toyota corolla. They said to drop it off at 8am after I got home from work at 2am. I asked if it could be later but no it was impossible. I get there at 8 and they don't show up till 8:30! I get the call it is ready, say will leave now, they agree. I get there and have to wait 45 minutes in the office while I am ignored by the workers. I had to call the phone number 3 times to get someone to come to the office while I was sat there staring at my key on the wall. For a $300 tune up you would expect better customer service. Avoid if at all possible. I would recommend a 9/16" deepwell socket over this place. Update: They called me and offered to change my oil, I declined. Then they called yelling and screaming in a child like unprofessional way because I contacted them via email rather than over the phone to inquire about the warranty on the parts after the check engine light came on for the ignition system again. Have to go to a new mechanic because I wouldn't trust them with my car after being insulted and yelled at. Absolutely never had a professional act like this. Thought it must be a prank call, what business would willing call a customer and act like that? The phone number matches, it was really them."
