"The worst experience I ever had getting gas. The lady Sumi who works at this location is racist and rude. No customer service skills, no communication skills, and spoke to me and my aunt like we are dummies. We had an issue with pumping the gas. My aunt went inside to ask if the pump was working and she rudely said “yeah it’s working” but never said we had to pay inside. Usually when you pay with a credit card you don’t have to go inside. We had to go back inside and then she finally said we are suppose to pay inside and again with an attitude. She then came outside and was talking a million miles per minute, so my aunt asked if she can repeat what she said. Sumi then proceeded to ask if we understand english with an attitude and rolled her eyes. I think that was the rudest thing you can ask someone. My aunt then told her that she needs to calm down and yes we understand english. Sumi then went back inside. I then went inside to ask for her managers name and her name. She refused to provide me with the managers name, stated she does not know who manages that location which is BS. When she provided me with her name she yelled her name at me and rolled her eyes. This person should not work in customer service and avoid this location at all cost."

"I was at this speedway today and filled up a full tank of $43.00, when I finished filling up I went into the store, and asked the stupid employee who was sitting there, playing on her cell phone, if I could use the bathroom for a minute, the stupid woman said that I I couldn't because the bathroom was out of order, I clearly realized that that stupid woman was lying."

"I’ve had enough of that place won’t be going back there again. The gas dispensers never have paper for receipts and the gas station attendant speaks to everybody in a disrespectful, condescending attitude."

I'd hate to have the house switch to a different station because the location is right before our exit. Thank you!"
