Within an hour they called me back. They also sent me a text and an email. I appreciated them covering all the bases, because the girls were flying in from Detroit that same day. I talked to Badr, who was extremely helpful and courteous. I explained the situation to him, and he said he could handle it no problem. He even indicated he would pick them up himself. He was on time and waiting for the girls when they arrived and got them to their hotel safely and quickly. That certainly helped put our mind at ease about that portion of our daughter’s trip.
