"Terrible price. The customer service is incompetent with aquarium parking discounts. If you're looking to pay $50 for parking then this is a place. A complete scam. Look elsewhere."

"Location is great for the aquarium or ferry. I used the spot hero app as it made it less expensive just note that it will not let you enter a single minute before you reservation. The elevator is horrible so I just took the stairs which were disgusting. Just a typical parking but at an ideal location."

"Went to the kiosk to pay for parking 7/18, we were charged $44 which didn’t seem right as we got validation at the aquarium for $10 off the rate. But we had no choice but to pay that to exit. Then we were met with an absolute disaster while exiting. The line backed up through the third level. We eventually got to the exit where 2 workers were trying to assist people paying at the gate. The worker scanned our already paid ticket and their system said we owed $32! We had the receipt for the kiosk that it was already paid but why were we charged $44 at the kiosk and then at the gate it said $32?? Very very sketchy! But we didn’t want to hold up the other people behind us so the worker had to manually lift the gate for us to leave!"

"The garage is in good location, but it took forever to exit the garage due to the busy traffic around and a lot of people leave at the night. I would rather park a little bit far smaller garage instead of this one. Does not seem staff is onsite and helping to reduce the jam inside the garage."

"Small spots and super expensive. They also advertise an early bird rate that is about half the price of their normal rates. If you are going to the Aquarium and are a member, they will give you a 10 dollar validation for this ramp. Overall this ramp is super pricy but it has a good location."
