"Double charged me $48 for 4hrs of parking and wouldn't give me a refund, so it cost me almost $100 to park for 4hrs. They had a broken gate but didn't mark it so I drove up to it, put my card in but the gate would not open, so the attendant had me back up and go through the working gate where I was charged and given a receipt. When i checked my credit card statement, I saw a double charge so I printed out my statement and brought it to the office. They said they could not refund me without a receipt for both transactions. I was only given a receipt from the gate I actually went though. They would not accept my printed credit card statement because "I could have left and then come back later in the day" even though both the charges were within 5minutes of each other. The manager didn't even look up from his phone during this whole interaction."
