"Twice now we have made an appointment, it was confirmed, but when we showed up they said they had no idea why we were here and couldn't help us... Very frustrating when we take time off work to bring our car in (again, after the appointment was confirmed) and on top of that, they were rude about the situation that we approached very nicely. If you want reliable and professional service - go elsewhere."

"when i went there a year ago for my inspection the customer service was fine. the manager (i assume) was nice and the sales person is too. however, this year when i came in, the inspection guy had a very bad attitude and didn’t even say hi when i said hi. he just just asked, “keys?” after i failed my inspection, i came in again a few days later when i got my car fixed and there was 40 minutes till closing. one of the gas pump employees was there. instead of just coming up to me and telling me that they’re not taking any people for inspection, he started locking the garage doors where they do maintenance and shut off the light, and then went to the register area and waited for me to leave. if you want to be treated like a human, i suggest you go elsewhere. i don’t know why most of the employees have terrible attitudes. maybe because of mean customers? or they don’t like their jobs? either way that gives them no right to project their anger onto innocent customers who treat them with respect. they need to be trained on customer service, or they’re going to lose many customers! never coming here again."

"SERIOUSLY, this place is GREAT. Great customer service, fair prices, and they go above and beyond. Writing this review because I just stopped by to put air in my tires and someone offered to help me. Then I thought I'll just get a head start on one and then I broke some doohicky off and my tire completely deflated. They immediately took it off, fixed it in no time, charged me barely anything, and I was all set! I was already loyal to them, but was extremely impressed today."

"This was my first time coming here and my first time getting a car inspection so safe to say I was a little nervous. Broadway had good reviews so I stopped by without an appt and there were three cars in front of me which ended up being about a 30-40min wait which was totally expected. But the actual inspection was super quick and Eli was very kind and had me in and out! $35 for the state inspection cash preferred although they accept credit with a fee. Thank you Eli for the great service!"
