"At around 11:50 pm Wednesday I went to pump gas and the cashier guy was disrespectful to me yelling and even made an offensive comment. I walked out immediately. My pickup’s truck gas tank costs $120 to fill up. Your loss for my business and never coming back here. I was wearing a blue shirt and khakis review the footage. I will call corp."
"GREAT PARKING! Had a dentist appt and it was running late. I was afraid my car would get towed because of the red Sox game parking. NOPE it was still there roughly 2 hours longer than I had originally mentioned! GREAT GAS STATION!!"

"Gas pump control units are poorly managed. Screens are broken or cracked and card readers do not work (3 different pumping stations in 2 months) The staff does not understand how the shell rewards card works. Also just witnessed a theft (10/11/2016 7:27 pm) and the theft was threatening customers/cashier and speed of in a gray 50cc moped with no sticker/plate. I called 911 and spoke to Boston PD and it seems this is a high crime gas station. Unfortunately it's the nearest shell to me but, will refrain from going there in the future."
