"Went in on Sunday 5/29 during the day shift and was having trouble with the pump being frozen. I walked in and politely stated that there may be an issue with the pump I was at only to be snarled at by the rudest woman behind the counter who was clearly mad that I inconvenienced her and her conversation with what appeared to be a regular over in the corner. Never been more disrespected and when I commented on it she got even nastier. I will never be back and will never recommend anyone to fuel up here as.m it was so uncalled for. Some people are just miserable and rude and shouldn’t work customer service if they can’t be bothered to work and do there job. Stay away"
"This place is GREAT!! It's always clean, neat and well-stocked. Ray & Victoria, who work at night are always courteous, friendly and helpful!!! They are an authorized New Hampshire State Lottery sales location and is open until 10:00 P.M. every Evening (except Sunday, when it closes at 9:00 P.M.) which is very convenient for me!!"
"Wonna talk about no customer service? You can experience this here. If you want to be ignored when your the only one in front of the cashier, listen to disrespectful conversations on speaker phone between the cashier and some woman, huffed and puffed at once you pull up to the gas pump and get out of your car to go inside to pay because the cashier has to put his cigarette out and not wash his hands once he goes back in. If he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t work there bottom line. The job is customer service!…..gas prices are lit so that’s the one star."
