When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told the alignment was in spects and there was no charge for an alignment. They now have a future customer that just moved here two years ago."

"Update: Still super impressed. Tires rotated and balanced. They also adjusted my stabilization bar. Really good team! Super impressed. Ordering custom wheels and new tires. Other shops said they couldn't get the wheels I wanted or just didn't call me back. So I tried Sullivan. Shout out to Josh, who worked with me to get the wheels (no problem) and figure out the proper tires for size and "look"...highly recommend."

"Purchased new tires as a first time customer and visitor to any Sullivan Tire Store. Tried to schedule an appointment with only 2-day notice before the Christmas holiday. I was told that they were booked but to drop it off. and they’d have it done by end of day. Showed up early and had to wait, but they had it done in less than 2 hours. Pretty impressive! Andy was courteous and professional both on the phone and in person when I showed. He even located the tires at their warehouse and had them shipped prior to my arrival. Joe was courteous in taking my payment (figures, huh?) and both made it a very seamless and easy process for a guy without an appointment on a busy day. Also chose to get the peace of mind package for only $120 which covers a bunch of stuff, and seems like a great value! I highly recommend and definitely will return when I need new tires or rotation and alignment services."
