"I found out that if you have Tire Rack ship tires to this Firestone location, you can't schedule an appointment, only drop the car off for the day an they'll get to it when they can. No different than if I bought tires at a junk yard and hand carried in for mounting. It was a real inconvenience to be without the car for the entire day to mount and balance two tires. I will try to find another location to mount tires I purchase from Tire Rack. BTW, Firestone doesn't carry the tires I purchased from Tire Rack."

"Communications with the service managers are stellar, the timeliness of service is excellent, the service facility and waiting area are immaculate and the price is fair. I have been getting tires at this center since returning from California in 2016 and expect to continue to get my tires here for the foreseeable future."

"They used to be great. Happily took my cars here for years. Made an appointment over a week ago for a sticker and tire rotation. Changed my work schedule to get there. When I arrive 15 minutes early they tell me the person I spoke with had scheduled me for an hour earlier. And apparently this is my fault so now I need to reschedule. No thanks"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou at Firestone, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Lou was so knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. What blew me away was his willingness to help me with my warranty claim. My vehicle is covered under an extended service contract, and it required a lot of back and forth on his part that spanned over 6 days (and things got pretty spicy). But throughout the entire process, he remained cheerful and never once made me feel bad about the time it was taking. He was a true advocate for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. Overall, I can't recommend Firestone in Plaistow enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you're looking for quality service and exceptional customer care, look no further. They (especially Lou) truly go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are happy, and I know I'll be back for any future car maintenance needs. Thanks for your fantastic work!"

"We are so happy we took our Chrysler 300 here to Firestone in Plaistow New Hampshire…they checked out our car right away and showed us that it wasn’t safe to drive. Not only did we have grease leaking from the axle to the back left break but the Drive Shaft had broken in half and was hanging there. We were wondering why we were hearing all these Loud Rattling noises under the car. They took care of us from beginning to end with updates etc and did a great job on the Car. Even the pricing wasn’t too bad. So happy to have our Ride back! It sounds and runs great!!! Lou the Manager is awesome and so is Zack who took great care of us when we had no ride home ( so very personable ) & Ricky who put the new Drive Shaft in knows what’s he’s doing! They told me that Ricky was the mechanic there that could get the job done right! All and All we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks guys!
