"The low ratings should not be ignored. I purchased a 2015 Audi A6 late last year. Did what I thought was a thorough walk around. Noticed the tires needed to be replaced and Charlie stated “I’ll replace them but I will then increase the price of the car.” These tires could never pass a safety inspection mind you, completely dry rotted with no tread. While on the test drive, I said the car did not drive smooth, noticed it especially when I hit the brakes. Charlie said, “it’s just the road, I drove this on the highway yesterday it was fine.” Well, here is where the lies started as both rear lower control arms were shot. Wouldn’t budge on the price, I finally negotiated that he replace the inner left tail light. Only for me to find out that the trunk lid was hit in an accident and when they went to go “fix” it they slapped some seam sealer on the damaged portion of the lid and threw the lights back in without installing the tail light brackets. Water was getting in the trunk THROUGH the lights, reason why one failed, then the other failed outside of the warranty. The day I picked up the car, I drove off the lot and the check engine light came on. I drove it right back and he had his late night mechanic clean the MAF sensor then reset all the codes. The light did not come back on and it shockingly passed an inspection a week later. It then came on after the inspection and I came to find out the code was because the car needed a carbon clean. I didn't feel like going back to Charlie and have him give me the runaround for days like he had previously done. Not too long after the high pressure fuel pump, and fuel injectors went. All in all very bad experience with them. Luckily I saved someone else from these headaches but I wouldn’t go near this place unless you have an independent inspection done. You’re luck you got that $12k out of me, that will be the last dollar you will ever get, good luck!"
