"Joe has great customer relations & doesn't rip you off for parts like a lot of places do. He'll also offer economical alternatives to the usual aftermarket biz when they're available. Good example is rust/damage in the exhaust system. If he can do a weld fix instead of replacing a whole overpriced exhaust pipe, he'll offer that option. Faster for him and cheaper and faster for you. He's got a good nose for problems and is really good (and fast) at diagnosing issues. Very low pressure. No BS. Keep in mind that he's got a small operation. One mechanic besides himself. Two bays. I think he avoids bigger time-consuming jobs like transmission work to keep his long line of customers moving as quickly as possible. The numerous times I've gone there, he's been backed up with service requests, which tells you he's doing something right. People like him."
