"ZERO STARS! Shop has no integrity. I brought my 2019 Honda here, as they were previously located next door to Gregg's Restaurant and I was told they were honest and did good work. I needed new tires, an alignment and a windshield. When I picked up my car, I noticed when driven over 40MPH, the entire car violently shakes. I took the car back because it did not have that issue before. After being treated very rudely by the owner Sam, one of the mechanics road with me to feel the shake. He proceeded to say, "It's not that bad". Sir... if it was not shaking before the shop completed its work, it should not be doing it after. The shop refuses to take any responsibility for ruining the way my car drives. As a woman who has limited knowledge of motor vehicles, this is so upsetting. Save yourself the trouble and go with another shop."
