"If I could give a zero star I would, and no the issue was not the cookies. I’m never one to leave a bad review, but when it comes to customer service, I have 0 tolerance. Dedham Crumble is not it. After placing two delivery orders back to back , they were not delivered. I myself had to call the store to check in on the issue and was told the address was out of the delivery range and they had to refund me. It was annoying the first time, but after being reassured to place another order and was told this one would get there no problem, I felt confident. Today comes only to find out the same issue occurred. The manager Theodore called me this morning to discuss a refund and gift card. Hours passed I did not get the email so I decided to call back and check in only to be talked down by a little kid telling me “ they didn’t have to give me a gift card in the first place” and then hung up on me. Are we kidding ? Perhaps some employees are better in boxing the cookies than answering the phones. It is really frustrating when you are spending a fortune on cookies to be talked to in the manner. Note to self and anyone reading this … go to Chip City !!!"
"The staff is friendly and service is quick. The person at the counter greeted us with a smile as soon as we entered and offered my kid a sticker. We ordered at the self serve kiosk and the cookies came out right away. Location was clean and bright. It was my first time trying these cookies and unfortunately the texture is not for me. They are too doughy for my liking but there might be other people who like their cookies this way."
