"This place is awesome for a Saturday with kiddos! I’m a nanny and brought my two little guys- we had a ball playing bowling and doing the arcade! During our visit the fire alarm went off unexpectedly but they didn’t miss a beat and made sure all of us were comfortable. Amelia was our server (each bowling lane has their own!) and let me tell you she was ON IT! Anything we needed she was there with a smile on her face and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience. Might even be the best server I’ve ever had!!! We appreciated that for our first experience at Kings and will be back without a doubt!"

"Want to start this review off with I’ve always loved bowling. But I went to Kingz with a group of all 20+ people. And I understand being hesitant about serving a party of younger people. However, I have never been more aggravated with customer service. This is the first review I have ever written, and it is purely because at no point were we ever cared about by the waiters or staff. A waiter waited about 30 minutes before coming over to us and handing us menus. After which we asked for a pitcher of water and a minute to think about what we want to order. The waiter never came back. Had to go up to front desk (I know they are not to blame) to request a server to our lane. Still we went the entire night without any service. The waiter finally brought over a pitcher of water about 10 minutes before we were about to leave. And only after I reminded him for a second time. My entire party has never been more frustrated. If you are not a big party and all above the age of 40, do not go to Kingz. They will not serve you nor will they care about it."

"Absolutely horrible experience tonight!! This is the worst bowling alley I’ve ever been to!!! First off, I made a reservation for bowling for 7:30 for tonight, and they made us wait 45-50 minutes for our reservation to bowl!!! Then, we ordered a pitcher of coke to share, and the pitcher they gave us was so poorly designed that every time we tried pouring ourselves a coke, it went all over the table, the floor, it went everywhere except into our cups!!! Then, they had also promised to take off 2 of the bowlers and give us a discount because we had such awful service. When I got the bill, they gave us no discounts, and instead it said $97!!!! I went back up to the desk yet again to say that we didn’t get any of the money off our check. They eventually got someone else to fix the bill, but, they are extremely lucky I left that waiter a single penny for a tip that they absolutely did not deserve!!! I nicely handed him $11 in tips, but it should have been zero tip for this ridiculous service!! I don’t recommend this place at all!!"

"We had our company holiday party last night at Kings and it was wonderful! Wish we could've stayed longer. The food was awesome (especially the cheeseburger pizza and the fried cheddar bites-- addicting!) and the service was awesome! We had Niko who did an awesome job and was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone had such a great time, will definitely be back!!"
