"Held our Belle overnight. Kept her safe. Jakob was very nice. I took a star away because the cash only option I don't understand in this day and age. I would if you didn't keep a record of the tow transaction but since I got a receipt it doesn't make sense. Move with the times and realize not alot of people these days carry cash and ATMs run out of money. If you're accepting credit cards for the mechanical service of the garage, also consider Venmo for the towing service. Venmo or other Direct from Debit service is just as good as cash. You can push the fees onto the client for using it. Just as the atm collects fees to cash. Time is money, if you're waiting around for a client to scour the beach area for an ATM and waiting for them to come back that's a call you're missing to get to."

"I just had my Jeep towed on a AAA call. I was running behind to meet the tow truck driver and they were more than accommodating to meet me when I got there. The guy I spoke with from the garage on the phone was super nice as well as the tow truck driver when he arrived. He was just a nice nice gentleman, super kind and super helpful!!
