"Would not recommend. They misled me to believe I would not be charged for a tire alignment if I didn't need it, but then charged me $150 for an alignment that they told me my car didn't even need...I tried to contact customer service with no response. Would recommend you go somewhere else for your car needs. Update: corporate customer service was very helpful and able to refund my money for the alignment I never needed."

"Totally unreliable service. I paid them $750+ and they had my car for a week and fixed absolutely nothing I brought the car in for. In fact they told me they could not fix my heat after charging me $249.00 for that and to me I had to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership because they didn't have the proper equipment to diagnose it. What's up with that. Terribly disappointed. The only thing that was done properly was an oil change. I should have been given an apology and at least a refund for not fixing anything, and trust me I'm not exaggerating!!! Other than the oil change they fixed absolutely nothing I brought the car in for and had the car for a week. In addition they didn't even bother to call me with updates. Communication was non existent!!! Car owners.... Beware!!!!"

"This location is very good. They are extremely friendly when you call and request an appointment. They just did my rear brakes. They had my car on the lift within 5 minutes with rear tires off. Parts arrive in 30 minutes and I was done in an 1hr 15 min. Very nice group. Highly recommend."

"Had Tires installed here on my wife’s car today. Got the tires at tire rack and this was a recommended installation facility. She said she has never had a better experience at a tire shop. Despite being busy and shorthanded work was done perfectly and they even gave her a discount for the delay. Would highly recommend this shop and would definitely use them again."
