"I have been a customer for many years. One Audi, three Mercedes. Always have my work/services done here rather than dealership. Quality work, best customer service. A business you can trust."
"I'm grateful to have someone work on my car I can trust. Hampton Foreign Auto has been servicing my cars for over 15 years - always with integrity, honesty and the best value. I highly recommend them."
"So...where do I start with this place? Maybe I will start at the end and tell you how my wife was harassed and talked down to and pretty much just screwed with because they are that type of place. Her vehicle has been at this shop for going on 13 weeks and the only thing that haws changed from when she brought it in is the brand new battery was stolen out of it while it was on their property. This was a warranty job of an engine replacement to validate the job being covered by the warranty the shop needs to speak with the warranty company as any 4 year old child could understand a protocol such as that. Did Tom ever do that in the 13 weeks the vehicle sat on their lot no of course Tom didn't do that. So after about 9-10 weeks my wife decided to call Tom for an update as to why he hadn't yet done the absolute minimum required of him and his reply was to say he hates them and dealing with them and told one of the people where we bought the vehicle who called there on my wife's behalf to EFF off and hung up on him. Not only that after my wife called again which was maybe the 3rd or 4th time she did in the entire almost 13 weeks of holding her vehicle hostage he abruptly told her to stop calling the garage and then had the BALLS to tell her to stop calling her own warranty company looking for updates. Have I mentioned the part yet where Tom tells us that the replacement engine he got for her vehicle had fallen off the back of the delivery truck that brought it to their garage? I'm sure by now it seems like I am adding on for effect, I assure you I am not. So we cut to today after several discussions between myself and my wife we decide it's now time and we've given these clowns enough time to make this right and we were pulling the plug on Tom and Eric and this entire ridiculous ordeal they've put my wife through and were getting the vehicle out of there because remember they still haven't put tool 1 to this vehicle yet and after they treated her like this would you trust them to just drop an engine in your car? No us either. Unfortunately or fortunately in their case I work on the road constantly so I was unable to go with her today to take the vehicle back. We never signed anything with them to do the work and they never had enough sense to call the warranty people to begin the claim so we were under zero obligation to let them do the work and she wanted her property back. She arrived at the garage willing to still let them make it right today but immediately she could see that wasn't how it was going to go. First off TOM the most condescending and just overall unpleasant tempered mechanic I've ever met wouldn't even come down from his office perch in the garage to speak to my wife no that was left to Eric to deal with and how did Eric handle it when my wife asked for her key back? I'm sure you know like a total standup guy dealing with a female customer would right? Every time she asked for the key to HER VEHICLE back he would pretend like he was going to give it to her then pull it back again and again and again. Did it stop there with Tom in his perch unwilling to come talk to her while Eric thought it was a good idea to keep pulling the key to her vehicle back from her? No it did not Tom then decided to send 2 other shop employees down to stand with Eric so that it was now 3 MEN standing there trying to intimidate my wife and after all that Eric has the balls to threaten to call the cops on her. A woman there by herself just looking to get her property back that has been being held there with not one thing ever done on it in almost 13 weeks. So would I recommend this shop to do work on my vehicle? I don't know guys would feel comfortable sending your wives there to get work done after reading this? The only reason that I put 1 star is because you have to and there's not a button to press on here to give this shop a negative 5000 stars to bad they should add that just for these bozos."
"I brought my Porsche in for repairs. When I got my car back ( after seven months just sitting in parking lot ), not only were the charges higher for the job, there were not completed. When I got the car back, there were more problems created by the shop. Due to the lack of knowledge. So I brought my car to Precession Imports in Manchester, where they take pride in their work and did a top notch job. They took very good care of the car and was done 100%. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Hampton Auto and I hope, no one else has to go through this problem with them. I have owned this Porsche for over 20 yrs."
"I've been bringing my car(s) here for years. Tom and his team do a terrific job and they could not be nicer people to work with. Highly recommend."
