"I called on Saturday 8/17 and spoke with Paul, it was a pleasant and straightforward conversation which lead to a visit to the dealership on Monday on 8/19. When coming in I was approached swiftly and politely by Dennis who then directed me to Paul. After speaking with Paul he handed me off to Dennis to start the process of looking at a 2024 GMC Acadia. Dennis without hesitation pulled up the vehicle for a test drive. Dennis was truly a pleasure to work with. There was not an ounce of pressure just great conversation about our needs and what he was able to do for us. At this time we were not able to come to a deal. After leaving the dealership and speaking with my wife I called Dennis back. Of course he picked up on the first ring. At this time we negotiated a price on the vehicle. Came back same day to finish all the paperwork. During the pick up of the vehicle Dennis shined once again. This time I was with my wife who the vehicle was for. He not only installed the all weather mats for us. so it was one less thing to worry about he spend well over an hour going over all the in and outs of the the vehicle for my wife making sure she was comfortable and ready to go. "UPDATE** Typical canned comment response below from dealer- it's been 4 months now and 2 months since the review- no response. They couldn't care less. I wish our experience here was good but it has just been awful. The purchase was fine, but everything went downhill from there. Our salesperson was MIA for our appt to pick up our pre-owned vehicle and the other salespeople told us he was putting gas in our vehicle- which was right in front of us! We waited around for almost 2 hours for them to put the plates on and then it turns out they never completed the state inspection. We've found the trunk leaks when it rains (despite their 172-point Certified Pre-Owned Inspection) and the climate control lights go on and off randomly. Fortunately, the climate control is covered by the $3,500 warranty we bought, but the leak isn't. They've offered us 2 oil changes, but so what? Nobody answers the phone in service and if you call sales to ask for help they just cut you off and transfer back to service where the phone will just ring. Mark was very kind when I spoke to him, but I do not trust this dealership as a whole at all enough to ever return for anything."
