"STOP RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. My father and I reserved a truck for our move (got confirmation and talked to headquarters) and the day of the rental I got a call from budget headquarters saying that there was no truck on their lot available, even though we received confirmation. They didn’t even have any trucks in the state!! The manager at this location accepted my reservation and payment information with no intent of giving us a rental! ILLEGAL!!!!!!! The dealer also refused to answer their phone both from me and the national headquarters. Now it is the day before my move, and I do not have any sort of vehicle to get there. Save yourself while you can!!!!!! Will be taking legal action against these people."
