"After a year of research we finally decided to go buy ‘the car’, an Audi Q8 ! We have been Jeep people for our past few cars- but not happy with their updated models …. We picked the Peabody dealership because we heard ‘good things’ about the place and I’m glad we did! Aaron was terrific! Professional and helpful…. It can be a stressful situation making such a large purchase but Aaron made it painless and actually an enjoyable experience. As we were about to leave with our new ‘gorgeous car’ we were assured we could call Aaron anytime! He went through my long list of questions with me and helped me understand the service that was going to be done. He checked on previous service and needed recalls and took care of installing a part so I could have the state inspection done. "It's hit or miss with this place . . . Mostly miss . . . I paid a lot of additional money for more robust warranty service support. It was my first EV purchase. The loaners the provide are very sub par. 4/5 of my service visits have ended up being unsatisfactory, with the primary reasons not being addressed when my vehicle was returned. I have had to miss multiple days of work because of issues with my vehicle and the lack of urgency on their part in addressing my vehicle issues and not providing a loaner in a timely manner. I spoke with the g m and he said there would be some compensation which never happened. My last service was satisfactory with all concerns addressed, except I really wanted my car back because the loaner vehicle was a downgrade. Also I had the impression that high end car dealerships at least provide a outside basic car wash before returning vehicles. EDIT: I typed the review prematurely, before I drove the car. I had previously stated that "My last service was satisfactory" , I take that back because my EV was returned with extremely depleted battery. I had to return home to charge my car overnight, unable to complete my errands etc,. yet I know that the dealership had a charging station and that could have been addressed easily. This dealership always returns my vehicle without charging, making it impossible to do anything but return home immediately and have to charge the vehicle overnight before I am able to drive my vehicle. So my 4/5 unsatisfactory is actually a 5 out of 5 unsatisfactory service visits"
