"I was there to make the inspection. The mechanic was nice but the owner was so arrogant and looking at me in a bad way, I was just waiting for him to told him to repair the car issues in his shop, when he finally come to me I told him that I would like to fix the stuffs there, he just look at me and walk away and started to do something else. It's alright, maybe you have more customer but remember that there are more shops too and with better customer service. Edit: of course I was there, see the picture. Have a good day.
