"This place continues to disappoint me although it seems like I’m just one unlucky customer. This is the second time I had to take my car in for some sort of recall, which is fine, but I was given a disgusting courtesy that was not cleaned or vacuumed or even given a car wash since it was shipped over. I get a call to come pick up my car and when I do, I see that the courtesy wash and vacuum of the front seat area was listed, but not conducted. Just a cherry on top to the last months appointment when they didn’t feel like doing the key FOB replacement a month sooner. It’s been inconvenienced after inconvenience and I just hope somebody takes a look at the full service experience, not just treating people like another number… they even spelled my last name wrong on the service ticket. Anyway, nice location and very convenient otherwise! Updated: their car wash system was out of commission, but it is back and I was given a courtesy wash inside and out as I came back to replace a manufacturer defect in my key FOB. They definitely recovered and renewed my trust. Thank you to Cody, and team!"
"Looking for a previous owned car led me to Acura for a Toyota RV they had on lot . I felt my experience to be awesome compared to a few other car dealers I went to . I was greeted by all staff and there prompt attention to my needs were met very well. Negotiations went extremely well allowing me to purchase a Toyota with more features than any other dealership were offering. Inspection and service was explained to me and best of all the service was covered completely by their warranty for my first service after purchasing my car there in October!"
