"Sold me a car that had emission defeat devices and fatal engine flaws. Shady dealer, do not use. Edit for response from business: even disregarding the blown motor, the car had no catalytic converter, and was tuned stage 2. None of this disclosed. Old review: I bought a 2013 GTI from here recently. Alireza helped me out so much. I had a busy, conflicting work schedule, but we were able to work around it. They even offered to drive the papers I needed to sign out to me, 2 hours away. Very accommodating, very helpful."

"I live in Northeast PA and found the car I wanted at Saugus Auto Mall online, and after having an inspection done, went and picked up the car. Ali was very helpful and polite. When I arrived he had the car washed and filled with gas for me. I looked around the lot and it seemed like the rest of the cars they had they were in very good condition. This is definitely not one of those "beater" used auto lots, all the cars seem to be cared for and well maintained by both previous owners and the Saugus Auto Mall staff.
