"Worst enterprise ever the employee (Jason) blows up your phone and cancels reservations when you don’t answer because he thinks your not coming which is unfair because you never canceled the reservation he also has a bad attitude and sent me to 3 other branches that didn’t have cars because he kept giving the car I had booked away"

"Worst experience ever! Can never and I mean NEVER get in touch with anyone long story short I had to get a rental was told I would have a certain rate per day then when I returned it the price was way more than I expected (800) I thought around 600 and the woman said I was not getting the rate I was promised but she said she would put the process on hold so someone higher up can look into it and call me and go over it. Well two months went by and no phone call no emails BUT they did charge my card 1,200 dollars!! Not even the amount I was told in person and no detail or explanation as to why and can't get in contact with anyone! Wrote an email and got a response a week later and I was told my claim was being reviewed and that " hopefully" I would get refunded well wouldn't you know it's been 3 weeks with still no reason or explanation or phone calls or email ..nope nothing just took my money for a random amount . BEWARE I'm so upset I'm not letting anyone I know use enterprise this is FRAUD"
