"I visited this dealership on August 10th to buy a used vehicle. I liked the vehicle and we agreed. I wanted to buy the vehicle on credit. They asked for a down payment. I accepted. I gave a $3000 down payment. They said that if your credit is negative, your money will be refunded within 3 or 4 days. They said that the refund process was started on August 12. When I contacted the dealership every 3 days and asked for the refund, they said that they did it. Today is August 21st and my money still hasn't been deposited. During this process, I went to the dealership and they rudely brushed me off and sent me back. They are not refunding my money. This dealership is not suitable for a brand like BMW. I don't recommend it to anyone. They haven't helped at all. The only thing they helped me with was what they said while trying to sell the vehicle. I don't recommend it to anyone."
