"This review is for the Norwood, MA branch. I have rented from here multiple times, and have had a steady stream of positive experiences. The staff are super helpful and go out of their way to be accommodating in ways large and small. They clearly value and reward repeat customers and I happily opt for them time and again. In addition to the employees who help you when you pick up your reserved vehicle, my experiences with the employees who pick you up or drop you off have been equally positive. They are professional and pleasant, with a sense of humor that makes your day that little bit better. I want particularly to thank Benzy, who was kind enough to take me home recently when I returned my rental late in the day, even though it meant he wouldn't get back to the branch until 15 to 20 minutes after close of business, which is to say, after he normally goes home. Even after I repeatedly told him I would totally understand if he opted not to, since it meant working late, and I don't think he gets paid past closing time. I really appreciate his kindness and generous spirit, which meant a lot, making my life easier after a long and exhausting day, as well as saving me the expense of a Lyft. Benzy going above and beyond in this way is a perfect example of the excellent service that has me choosing to rent from the Norwood branch time and again. I highly recommend them for a stress-free rental experience, and customer support that comes through for you when you need it. Keep up the excellent work, Norwood team!"

"I Needed a cost effective rental close to home while getting work done on my car. Enterprise made it so easy, and had the best price. Made online reservation the night before I needed the car and picked it up at opening. Customer service was great, and I was upgraded to a brand new vehicle on the lot. I returned the car a full day early and dropped the keys in the overnight box. No charge for early return so only paid for the day I had it. Will continue to use Enterprise everywhere I go."

Hertz told us they didn't have what we booked and the 1 car they did have they wanted us to pay a lot more for. We walked over to this enterprise location.
