"Where to begin. As a female I have found it to be almost impossible to find a car repair place that doesn't take advantage of the fact that I am a female and overcharge me. Trustworthy is ordinarily not a word that comes to mind when I think "car repair". This certainly was not my experience at CarTech Plus! I have been there 5 times over the past year for various repairs on a car with almost 250,000 miles. I have absolutely no hesitation saying they have earned my trust. Imagine this. If my appointment is at 10:30 that's actually when the work begins! The repairs are correct. I am charged a very reasonable price for the work completed. I am not there all day. The establishment is clean. The chairs in the waiting area are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. Out of 5 stars I conservatively believe they have earned 10 stars each time I have had work done. I HIGHLY recommend them!!"

"A warning that certainly applies to any dealer, for sure this one - You should always have a mechanic go over any used car that you are considering buying from a dealership - and you should be well aware that the absolute bare minimum will be done by the dealer to check for and fix problems beyond getting the car technically inspectable and ready to hit the road. It is in the dealers best interest to do this, obviously, and it is their job to sell cars, not get you a good deal. Shop carefully."
