"Do not buy a vehicle, you can never receive your vehicle, the loan was withdrawn and the payment came, we still could not get our car, the down payment was given, but there is no vehicle, they constantly lie about the vehicle being in the service, I had to call the police and file a report and still no refund or loan cancellation has been made, do not buy the vehicle, it is a waste of time. He is a complete liar and I was told that he was dismissed, I think that is a lie, my lawyer is dealing with it now, you can't deal with these."

"If you value your time I highly suggest you DO NOT waste it dealing with these people. These people will be nice to you & make it seem like you’ll be taken care of right up until your money is in their hands. They stopped answering phone calls and never let me know what’s going on with my vehicle unless I showed up. I waited an entire month excuse after excuse I just ended up canceling the deal. DENNIS he will lie to you in your face about what’s going on with your vehicle I caught him in so many lies while trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on. They are very unprofessional & good customer service is clearly a complete joke to them from my experience."

"My boyfriend got a 2011 Porsche Cayenne and within a month needs almost $4,000 worth of repairs. Not to mention charged $600 for car registration (which is unheard of) and promised money back but always making excuses to not give the money back. Alonzo as well as the rest of the employees are very rude and unprofessional. They will sit there and ignore you for hours if you let them. Also caught one of the employees purchasing cars off facebook marketplace and surfing the web. Do not go here."

"I’ve read some reviews and apparently back then it use to be bad and now it’s “good” but I’ll just say it’s bad. I get they are busy at times. But I was trying to get a car. Waiting in the room with one of the employees. He pretty much had me sitting there for hours with my son that was on and off crying. While he was just calling and dealing with other situations. Not to mention. Other customers and other employees constantly walking in and out the room. I was not the only customer that was getting impatient. Eventually he stepped outside to deal with the other customers. And I was waiting and waiting. With my son crying and getting tired. Hours and hours of waiting and my son getting irritated to only tell me he will contact me to see which vehicles I’ll qualify for. I got a car before it doesn’t really take that long to see which ones I can get. He Never called. I called for days on end and no one answered either. No hate or anything. Just felt like I wasted my time and wasn’t taken care of. Even though he said I apparently qualified for a loan. The only good thing was an older man there was walking in to check on me to see if I wanted a drink. Other then that I pretty much shouldn’t have went there. But waiting maybe 5-6 hours for nothing is ridiculous."
