"My initial experience was unsavory working with George. My car had a lot of safety issues that were never communicated to me or addressed prior to driving off the lot. More specifically my tires were bad and a tail light was out. I fixed the tail light myself because I could have gotten pulled over and issued a citation. I failed the safety inspection and called i93 auto to get it taken care of. April answered the phone and was extremely helpful and understanding of my frustrations. She got me 4 new tires no questions asked. I was initially going to give a 1 star rating because a safety issue is unacceptable. However April singlehandedly swayed my decision. I feel like my entire experience would have been a 5 star experience if I just got to deal with her from the start. This is my honest opinion, and I don't think I'm being unrealistic or unreasonable. All it took was a different person to influence my opinion."
"Worst dealer experience I've ever had. Terrible communication, my calls were not being returned and my emails were being ignored. When I arrived there to finally pick up the vehicle, only a few of the things we discussed were actually "fixed". I was under the impression everything had been fixed and the vehicle was ready, otherwise, I wouldn't have wasted my time driving all the way from Maine. When asked why he hadn't fixed the trunk button like we agreed, the sales rep said "George already spent his budget on this car. He's not going to buy a new trunk part for $300. If he can find a used part then we can replace it." In other words, once I leave the lot with this vehicle it's my problem. The car had a few red flags to begin with, but after hearing this, I didn't feel comfortable with continuing this transaction. I received my down-payment back no questions asked so I guess in that regard they provided quick and great service!"
"I had an awful experience. This sad excuse for a dealership was extremely unprofessional. I live in Maine so I drove almost two hours to pick up a car. When I arrived, they said the car needed an alignment but failed to mention that during any of the ten phone conversations we previously had. They refused to give me an inspection sticker and said “we don’t send anybody away with one on the car.” When I went home and got it inspected I discovered it also needed two new rear tires which they never mentioned. When I drove it all the way back to Massachusetts to get the tires and alignment fixed, the simply put on two tires from some other used car on the lot and did not align it saying “different tires will fix that” and I had to go back a few minutes after because one tire had a tear in it. Do not buy from this dealer. They are scammers. I am reporting them to the better business bureau."
"My son recently bought a car there from Nathan. He was very pleasant and worked with us, however with in days a light SRS came back on after we left and my son has been calling for days and no one is answering their phones. The company or Nathan. Very unhappy with them! The warranty will expire soon and they are not calling him back. Extremely ticked off about their service!"
"Bought 2010 Nissan Maxima SV April 26, 2016. Richard answered the phone when I called earlier that day to make sure the car was still available. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Drove down later that day and he had the car pulled up front ready to show me. He was the only salesman on site and handled multiple customers with professionalism and ease. I bought the car and I love it! So does the mechanic who inspected it! The only issue was the directional on the mirror was defective (this didn't affect inspection). Richard said no problem they'll get a replacement asap. The very next day the owner, Brian, called to let me know the mirror was already ordered and delivered, ready to be installed. I mentioned rust on the rear rotors was causing a pulse when braking (the brake pads were new, but the rotors were the issue). Brian said no problem, he would replace the rotors and throw on a new set of brake pads. Wow. Great service, great cars. Highly recommend. Would have purchased any of the cars on the lot. Great business and staff."
