"I bought a very clean 2001 Ford F-150 from Ric. From the start he was a really helpful good guy. He helped me work through the RMV website for an unrelated issue that he had knowledge of the subject. As it was on older truck it was bound to have a problem or two. He was incredibly helpful and timely repairing the trucks check engine light and an issue with the power steering. I appreciate his attitude and responsiveness. Would go here first for a used car in the future before anywhere else. Thanks for your help Ric!"

"My husband and I purchased two cars here last December. We paid in full for one car and are financing the other car. 3 months after my 2011 Ford Edge limited that we bought from here broke down with no warnings or anything. It’s been in the auto shop for 6 months because I was told I need a whole new engine. I can’t afford $6000 for repairs on a car I just bought. I understand we only had a 30 day warranty but my husband and I both have left messages for Ric and have not gotten any call back. I’m surprised because I just expected maybe a call or apology or even a trade for a different car. I’ve been making payment on this car that I have not even been able to drive. This has caused such an inconvenience and I am not sure I will ever be able to afford to fix it."

"I purchased a truck from this guy last year when he was called showcase auto. The truck was a nonstop issue, I brought it back to him 3 times and was told nothing was wrong, even tho the truck would putter constantly, and stalled 4 times in the first 2 weeks. I brought it to Rogers Automotive that has been in Woburn forever, I was told the truck was littered with issues, including the cam phaser needed replacement. It costed me 4,000$ to fix the truck, so that means that I spent 9k for a truck, and spent 4k to fix said truck 3 weeks later, was I reimbursed? Nope, Ric moved his business, and changed his company name. I took him to small claims court, he ignored it completely. Ric has the laws on his side, and he knows it, he screwed me completely and I guarantee didn't lose an ounce of sleep over it. I am a veteran, married 12 years, 2 little kids, I'm not rich and couldn't afford this, but I had no choice. There are tons of used dealers in MA, even if you don't believe me, which I do have all the papers to back it up, but even if you don't believe me, why take the chance? trust me, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!"
