"If you are a truck driver and you're here to pick up a load it's going to be a long wait. So just be prepared to be here 2 hours or more. Very slow very sluggish."
"This place is a joke, slow as all get out. Get here at 12:20, they have one loader working 3 buildings. Don't get in a hurry when coming here, they don't care how long your wait. Picking up 8 pallets and not loaded yet."
"No overnight on properly, but there is Mobil gas station with truck disel. So, park there if needed. When you pull in, turn left. The scale is only for Bulk trucks. Park at the stop sign, go to the Shipping Office. It's to your right up the stairs. Have the pu number starts with 88. Have pants on and a hard hat if you have it. Otherwise they will loan you one. Lol but, you know, shorts, no hard hat and no safety vest also worked just fine for me and the other guys. I know, I know... It was hot, didn't feel like putting jeans on They will give you the paper with directions. If you are lucky, you won't have anyone waiting to get loaded. Otherwise, just park somewhere to the side. Once the dock opens, pull in. Walk the paperwork in the dock. That's it. The check in lady was super nice. Not at all bad for a factory type of facility Specifically..... Dock 13 is a dock with 2 docks. I advise you ahead of the time, so that you don't think it's 12 and 13 here...they are both L13. Park TO THE RIGHT of it, you can easily park 4 trucks...don't be Swift, blocking the roadway trying to turn around.... Go past up the road, turn around, then back in. You will be facing the two docks. IMPORTANT. Don't need to walk in that yellow paper inside. You wait for your turn to back to one of the two L13 docks. Back in, slide the tandems and chill... Once you are loaded, the guy will come out with the paperwork, that is when you give him the yellow paperwork. Pull off, slide tandems, then pull to the stop sign to your right. Close, seal.... Off you go. Even though there are Two docks. There is only one loader. So no need to be a jerk. Don't skip the line. Trust me, the time it takes you to get in to the dock, you will have plenty of time to talk with the other guys waiting, to figure out who you are after. 1300 to any 1830 was my wait time to be loaded and pull out of the property. Had 3 trucks ahead of me. First come first serve."
"Arrived at 2:15, checked in and assigned dock. Started loading at 2:30. Finished loading at 2:45. Super quick!"
"I have to say, after reading the comments I wasn't looking forward to coming here at all. But, I didn't have a bad experience with this place whatsoever. Complete opposite as a matter of fact. The guy in the office as well as the guy loading the trailer was very nice and friendly and professional. They didn't give me any trouble at all. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I was there maybe forty five minutes. I would most definitely come back again."
