As a fellow manager she could use sales & customer service training. I wish she didn't even offer to help because I walked out without what I was looking for since she was so aggressive."

"I was in this morning and 2 women were working/talking amongst themselves. I walked around for about 5 minutes and was barely acknowledged. One woman said hi that was it. I was going to ask for some help but then a male walked up to them and then they were having a personal conversation. So I just left really was interested in some skincare items. But that was not a great customer service at all, as all I gear is how good they are and how good the products are. Maybe it was because I was not dressed up loking like I had money to spend."
