Kohl's 280K School Street, Mansfield, MA 02048

"Cashier at Sephora left a $70 pair of shoes inside the register which is fine because it is just a small mistake. We called to get the shoes back and she was very apologetic and tried her best to right the wrong. When the male manager took the phone, he did not apologize once or offer any customer service of any kind. Once we had to go back to the store and wait in a 35 minute line, the icing on the cake was the rude cashier and the note that read “forgot to take.” Would have appreciated a gift card, a credit, percentage off or the manager being apologetic with the some common decency to be kind. Horrible customer service here."

"This is probably my favorite location as it relates to merchandise. Especially the sale racks. Staff, eh, sometimes many are friendly and sometimes, others, not so much. Those that are, give quality customer service. The store is clean and easy to navigate."
