He answered my questions and handled the two genius bar appointments I scheduled for my devices with ease. He’s very quick to make sure he’s assessed everything and has the information he needs to make sure he can fix the issue at hand. In my past apple store experiences I felt rushed and like the people helping me didn’t want to be and were being careless. There was none of that with Cobi. He was immediately very nice and even quickly showed me and my boyfriend the sensor activated charging ports at the tables in the store which was so cool and nice of him because he could’ve spent that time rushing through my appointment. I like to look out for people who truly seem to have a passion for customer service and putting smiles on peoples faces and he definitely has that quality. Keep this guy on the team for as long as you can and use him as an example of how to best help customers because he’s aced that. And for any customer who has him helping you know that you are in good hands :)"
