"I had an excellent experience at Microcenter getting my PC coolant flushed. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly helpful. The manager, Yonas, greeted us and explained the process, and technician Khye went over all the options thoroughly. I had my 7-year-old son with me, and he had lots of questions. Both Yonas and Khye took the time to answer every one of them with patience and enthusiasm. Khye kept me updated throughout the service and even offered us a tour of the service area when we picked up the PC. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable for both me and my son. I will definitely be returning to this store for future needs. "Great experience with the staff. Here is the pc I purchased. Only things I am critical of is the case. The glass came dirty and almost seems like it's not brand new. The glass is scratched on the inside and smudgy. Also my windows 11 insider build keeps crashing. It hasn't done it for a couple days. But every day since I bought it it would crash and restart."

I was given useful, honest advices and genuine, quality parts. Store is clean, bright and well organized. Friendly staff, overall great experience. On the last time I went I had issues with my return order as I mumbled my name during checkout and the staff couldn’t find the purchase. Instead of telling me to go kick rocks and leave me stranded with a unsuitable part like lots of other businesses would, the person checked multiple times and later had a manager help me look it up in a different system, who was able to eventually find the order.
