"I lived at 347 Gladys Ave for nearly 4 years. On occasion, if I were out of town my neighbor would pick up my mail, packages for me until I returned. I do not own this home but resided there. So I was a bit confused when I arrived there today to retrieve mail and 3 packages. One of the packages was missing even though the USPS mail said it was delivered at 2:30pm on Friday the 26th of July. Natasha Schulthies is the Coldwell Banker agent that was used as the Real Estate agent for the property so I called her and asked about it. She admitted she opened the package, even though it was addressed to me and proceeded to make excuses for opening it and taking out the item. She left it INSIDE the home, opened with the item just thrown on the counter sloppily I am very upset with her and the entire agency. How dare she?? Technically that is a Federal Offense. I would not recommend her nor Coldwell Banker now. That really took a lot of hubris and carelessness to do such a thing. She easily could have contacted the owner and gotten my phone number but did not. 5 thumbs down for Natasha Schultheis!!"

Will say anything to get your money but will deny ever had spoken about the subject. Will tell you anything to get a sale!!! Yep, still clowns!"
