"As an apartment manager myself, I made sure my daughter’s apartment once she moved out was cleaned to move in ready. We asked why they still charged a cleaning fee and have not gotten a response. Since move in over a year ago, there was numerous problems with mold. Ofcoarse they did nothing to determine where the moisture was coming from and mad her clean her self before just repainting? Beware of this property management. Here are the pics right before we turned in keys, even mopped the floor as I was exiting the property. This was move in ready. Speaking to management, they have refunded back the 80 cleaning fee."
