Hats off to them for managing so well during the pandemic; Randy created a terrific video tour of the house, and took great photos. We received 8 offers in a week. Randy and Kevin kept us informed as the offers came in, and they explained the pluses and disadvantages of the various offers. They were adept at negotiating a great deal for us. Our mother's house sold for more than we could have hoped, despite the virus. Randy and Kevin made what could have been a stressful process a seamless and easy one.
