"I was treated so poorly from the owner and his Spanish speaking staff today while doing laundry. Washer 10 stole my money and I asked for a refund. I followed the proper protocol and was still refused my refund. When I started to speak up for myself and allow my voice to be heard, the Spanish speaking staff called the police. The police actually apologized for the treatment I received and left without incident. To be clear, no threats were made and no assault took place so why bring the police into this civil matter? This laundry facility caters to the Mexicans and are racist against blacks. Response to Owner on 7-9-2024: The owner replied that I made physical threats which is a lie. If I made physical threats, I would have been arrested. I received my refund from Pay Range the same day the incident occurred. I'm not going to allow the owner to play the victim when I was the one discriminated against."
"Always clean and the machines in working order. Not a place where you have to worry about the homeless bothering your laundry."
"At first site place is clean, no restroom access. The Owner Elijah happened to be here, he explain that homeless people would campout in it. Not cool but also not cool to punish paying customers -1* $7 for 22min in the big big washer, clothes came clean the washer does give an option for deep clean for $1 more. On to dryers, this is why I gave 3 stars first quarter 6 min-1*. Second quarter 5 min. and 5 min. After that six minutes was bad enough but 5 minutes that's a rip off in my opinion -1* started both dryer same time top started with 32 min bottom 26min. .Bottom dryer I used did dry my clothes top dryer after 32 min should be dry they are now i do love lalos so +1* . There you have it . I most likely won't make this my go to L-mat.. was quite and clean. Give 3*"
"If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is a scam. Washer don't even wash or wet clothes and hairs come out of washer. I want a refund. This place is TERRIBLE!"
